A special event, which also includes a visit to little-known areas of Villa Carlotta and its Park. You will have the opportunity to visit one of the most famous sites of the Lario, discovering its hidden beauties among stories and unusual and curious places, such as the underground, the beating and productive heart of the Villa, and the tunnels where the precious and famous citrus fruits of the Park are preserved with immense care.

It will also be an opportunity to learn about special collaborative projects between the Villa and the local area , such as the vegetable gardens and olive groves cared for by the “Azalea” social cooperative.

Thanks to this evocative and engaging guided tour of Villa Carlotta you will discover that the Villa is a place of art , but also has always been a place of agricultural production active all year round .

NOTE

In March and November the tours are exclusive openings as the Villa is not open to the public and entry is scheduled at 10:30 am. In the other months the tour meeting is at 9:15 am. From April to September the tour also includes a picnic basket with products prepared by the social cooperative “Azalea” with local raw materials and vegetables grown on the grounds of Villa Carlotta.
