The project stems from the desire to make Villa Carlotta an accessible, inclusive, and participatory museum. A place of culture and encounter that puts people and their needs at the center, where technology becomes a supporting tool, never a substitute, to expand the possibilities for connection, knowledge, and emotion. The initiative will unfold over three years, from 2026 to 2028, following a comprehensive process that begins with listening and analyzing needs, moves on to the design and testing of accessible tools, and culminates in the public and participatory valorization of the results.
Villa Carlotta, with its museum and garden, aims to be a place for everyone to enjoy, where participation becomes a form of culture.
